Blog number 248 **** 24 November 2008

Driving to Phoenix yesterday, we were passed by a truck pulling a horse trailer that had as the logo on the back of the horse trailer, "Porter's Gourmet Jerky."

Now, was Porter jerking the horse trailer or was he making horse jerky. Yum!!

I assume horse jerky, thus the "gourmet." Yum yum.

I have heard of the Found books. PostSecret usually advertising for them.

Sydney - you haven't seen any?

Good, good stuff in them. Funny, tragic, amazing, unsettling, puzzling.

Hi Paul!

Merry Christmas

Found books are photos of writings found on the street, stuffed in books, anywhere at all.

Post Secrets, people write their secrets on postcards and send them to Post Secrets for publication.

Oh! That sounds intriguing. I have taken out a lot of books from the library but I have never come across anything like those. That would be neat, almost like a message in a bottle!

Merry Christmas to you too!!

Might not find them in a library, Paul. I found them in Barnes and Nobles.
