NO SHYTE, SHERLOCK.

Blog number   190                                                              16 June 2008

I was walking by the telly on my way to my computer and Teresa had one of those reality legal shows on and I saw the sentence, "A confession can hurt a defendant's case."

Sssshhh! I'm still trying to figure out what a spring mattress formulator does. ---angel

Hah!  I worked on a machine that made springs for mattresses once in L.A., therefore comes "mattress formulator."

...that's like "sanitation engineer" for garbage collector. "Formulator" makes me think of the "Terminator." I see you always "springing" into action. ---angel

Did you see the newscast regarding bed bugs in refurbished mattresses? It seems some companies are just slapping on an outer cover without completely sanitizing the bed. If you are going to buy a mattress with a yellow ticket attached...don't.

I never saw that newscast, but I have heard about a resurgence of bedbugs.  My wife keeps me informed of life's dangers.

My grandmother, every spring used to thoroughly clean the mattresses with kerosene to get rid of bedbugs.

Yep, we hear that there are even bed bugs in some of the nicest hotels and spas in Europe. "Oh, think twice, it's just another day for you and me in Paradise.." as the song goes. ---angel
